Eligibility for Returns

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must remain attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted for return.
Return Process

- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
- Shipping Your Return: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items
